Phase 00 · Boarding

Someone at your gate is going exactly your way.

Gatelark finds travellers on your flight, at your airport around your time, or landing where you land — so you can split the taxi, share the wait, and fly calmer. Scroll to take off.

Phase 01 · Takeoff

Three checks and you're airborne.

01

Drop in your trip

Flight number, or just airport + rough time. Terminal, starting area, purpose. Forty seconds, and never a booking reference.

02

Watch the radar

Travellers appear ranked by overlap — same flight first, then same airport in your window, same destination, or a taxi you could split.

03

Match, then talk

Send a short hello. Chat opens only when they accept. Meet airside — the most watched, safest square kilometre in any city.

Phase 02 · Cruising altitude

Pick a window seat. Every one is a reason to fly with us.

🚕

Split the taxi

A £70 airport run becomes £17.50 between four. The app pays for itself before you even fly.

🫶

Nervous flyer mode

Flag it privately and we rank calm, experienced companions first. Nobody else ever sees the flag.

🌙

Trips that vanish

Your trip expires after departure. Gatelark keeps no long-term map of where you've been.

🧭

Your circle only

Women-only, students-only, business-only visibility. Outside your circle, your trip doesn't exist.

Phase 03 · Cabin crew announcement

Designed so the worst case is a boring coffee.

Safety isn't a settings page here — it's the architecture. Please direct your attention to the following demonstration.

01

Mutual accept, always

Nobody can message you until you say yes. Declines are silent.

02

Stub-only profiles

First name, languages, purpose. Never your surname, seat, booking code or address.

03

Public areas only

We only ever suggest staffed, surveilled airport zones. Never car parks or private addresses.

04

One-tap block & report

Instant, invisible, irreversible for them. Repeat offenders lose verification for good.

05

Share-my-plan

Send a friend your who/where/when in one tap before meeting anyone.

Phase 04 · Descent

Questions from the cabin.

Is this a dating app?

No — deliberately. Dating framing is why earlier "meet on your flight" apps felt unsafe, especially for women. Gatelark is about company, cost-splitting and calmer travel. If two people hit it off, lovely — the product never pushes it.

What can other travellers see about me?

First name, optional photo, languages, travel purpose, and your overlap ("same flight"). Never your surname, seat, booking reference, phone number or precise location.

Do I have to share my flight number?

No. Airport + rough time window works fine. Flight numbers simply produce the strongest matches.

What if nobody's on my flight?

You'll still see people at your airport in your window, and people landing where you land — often more useful for sharing the ride onward.

How does Gatelark make money?

A small fee on facilitated taxi-splits, an optional Lark+ membership, and partner perks like lounge passes at match time. Never ads, never selling data.

Phase 05 · Cleared to land

Someone at your gate is hoping you exist too.
